That's why your State.Mint Project Manager handles it all for you. We start with the design concept, sure. Then we go above and beyond accessing the proper permits, architecture design and approval and providing contractors, electricians and plumbers from our extensive lists of highly regarded and insured partners, vendors and merchants.

What do we do?

State.Mint Project Managers  assist with coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

Expect to pay anywhere from 25% to 60% in addition to your project total (or of the material costs plus labor.) State.Mint Project Managers will always include their total price in the quote provided to you prior to your project start date.
